Help save homeless pets in ND
Shelters near you need help to save more lives. Every day, dogs and cats are killed in animal shelters across North Dakota simply because they don’t have a place to call home. Together, with your help, we’re changing that.
Best Friends is working with animal welfare organizations and stakeholders statewide to save every pet who can be saved and reach no-kill through North Dakota in 2025. Your local shelter is counting on your help. Now is the time to get involved and make a lifesaving difference.
Best Friends collaborates with shelters in North Dakota
Best Friends has partnered with Souris Valley Animal Shelter (SVAS) in North Dakota through our Prince and Paws Shelter Collaborative Program. SVAS is mentoring Ardmore Animal Care in Oklahoma, helping that shelter find ways to increase lifesaving. In addition, North Dakota organizations have been the recipients of grants and mentorships.
