Charlie is a young military macaw who is looking for a patient, parrot knowledgeable home to help him be the best bird that he can be.
He was not handled or treated the best by his previous home, so he would need a lot of training. Charlie also might be a "hands-off" bird and requires a family that can respect that about him.
