Meet Elaine! She is a gorgeous grey female cat. Elaine is a bit fearful and will thrive best with an experienced family who can help her relax and settle in.

Elaine did well in her foster home: "she has been very friendly - loves sitting in laps. When I'm home she usually spends the whole day hanging out around me, not necessarily on top of me the whole time but nearby and likes to follow me around the apartment. After week she started settling in". Once Elaine felt more comfortable, she was "much more outgoing, eats well, is playful, and affectionate". She loves treats, likes to nap and relax during the day, and plays with toys nicely. She gets along well with the resident cat. She is sweet, gentle, and affectionate. Elaine can be prone to overstimulation and will do best with a cat-experienced caretaker who is willing to learn her cues. Her foster does describe her as being "chill" and a lap cat.

Elaine is spayed, fully vaccinated, microchipped, and dewormed to ensure she is healthy and ready for her new home.
