Salmon-crested/Moluccan Cockatoo named Charlie available for adoption

Meet Charlie, a lively special needs Moluccan cockatoo in his mid-20s. Though he has some mobility issues, due to missing toes and wing deformities, he doesn't let that slow him down and will actively move around his cage. Charlie does have a history of feather plucking, so he does require a collar, when necessary, and some handicap perching for better balance.
